Network Status

There are currently no known network issues on the Beach Broadband network. All services are functioning normally.

If you encounter network connectivity problems, please contact our support staff at customer.services@beachbroadband.com or call 252-489-4129, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Calls received after regular support hours will be responded to the next day. Please be sure to have the following information available:

- Property name and rental ID number
- Property telephone number




User Support

Beach Broadband's network access is designed for ease of use, while maintaining an acceptable level of Wi-Fi security. Wireless access configuration instructions for the most popular Microsoft Windows operating systems are posted in each rental property, as well as required property-specific SSID and data encryption information. Additionally, access configuration instructions are available from your property management company.

We at Beach Broadband understand that each computer and network card is different, but we can only provide limited setup assistance. For simple connectivity issues, feel free to call or email us. For advanced technical support, particularly with older Windows operating systems (98, Me, 2000), or if you’re a first-time Wi-Fi user, please contact your PC or network card vendor, or you can look for your vendor’s wireless card documentation by clicking here.
