BEACH GUARDIAN FOR RENTAL PROPERTIES AND BUSINESSES
The Beach Guardian service line enables business and property owners to remotely monitor various aspects of their property. Beach Guardian Webcam provides owners and property managers with on-demand video access for premise security, off-season property surveillance, severe weather monitoring, business promotions, special events and much more. Each webcam has a unique (static) Internet address, allowing authorized users to access it from virtually anywhere in the world (with Internet access.) In addition, Beach Guardian webcams can be easily relocated within the property (by the property owner or manager) without the need for re-cabling or extensive equipment re-installation. Beach Guardian Caretaker provides remote property environmental and physical premise monitoring capabilities. Alert messages are automatically sent to your email address (or multiple addresses) to advise you of potentially adverse property conditions (temperature, humidity, loss of power, intrusion, etc.) based on user-defined thresholds or specific applications.
